What is Mila Seed?

Mila seed, also known as the ‘miracle seed’, originates from chia seed and has been around for centuries. Thousands of years ago, South American tribes, including the Aztecs, considered chia seed a staple part of their diet. It was so important that Spanish settlers in the wake of Columbus banned the chia plant, as they thought it was being used in pagan rituals.

These days, scientists recognize the many and varied benefits to the modern diet that mila seed can provide. Dr. Bob Arnot, recently appointed Chief Wellness Educator at Lifemax, is full of the wonders of mila seed. He is working with Lifemax to educate the American public about the importance of dietary change and he is convinced that mila seed is a crucial part of this change.

Of course, it is important to note that in the wake of such overwhelming evidence that mila seed is so vital to healthy diets, many unscrupulous scammers have jumped on the bandwagon and mila seed scams are flooding the Internet already. Dr. Arnot is keen to make consumers aware of the many pitfalls of falling for these mila seed scams before the unwary purchaser spends money on inferior products.
