Find A Diet That Works For You
I am a nutritionist by training, and it amazes me every time I see some celebrity or other touting the latest fad diet that they have heard of. For a start, most of these celebrities are fit and eat correctly anyway: they certainly should not be looking for a diet that promotes weight loss. Secondly, this is just irresponsible behavior: they know as well as anyone why crash diets like these JUST DO NOT WORK. Why? Because they are unsustainable, and because as soon as the dieting period is up people will invariably go back to eating the wrong kind of food at the wrong time of day.
There is no secret to eating the right kind of food, but it does take care and attention to what you shovel into your mouth and at what time. The best ‘diet’ to help weight loss are those that involved eating a balanced diet in moderation. Simple as that. Forget the Beverly Hills Diet, the Atkins Diet, The Cabbage Soup Diet (how ridiculous…) just eat sensibly and stop eating when you’re full!
Diet supplements like Acai Berry can help you to lose weight if you use them sensibly. It is a great product but is an aid, not the answer.
